1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale, booking and participation in any activity, experience or event (together referred to as the “Experience”) provided by AGL Airsoft Ltd (“AGL Airsoft”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By making a booking, whether through our website, over the phone, or in person, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are booking on behalf of others, you accept responsibility for ensuring all members of your group have read, understood and accepted these Terms. We shall not be liable for any member of your group being refused participation due to non-compliance with these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. COMPANY INFORMATION AND HOW TO CONTACT US
2.1 AGL Airsoft Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10747564. Our registered office address is: C/O Kp & Co Avanta House, 79 College Road, Harrow, England, HA1 1BD
2.2 You may contact us regarding your booking via email at aglcontactus@agl-airsoft.co.uk or by phone using the number provided on our website or booking confirmation.
2.3 If we need to contact you, we will do so using the contact information provided at the time of booking.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
3.1 All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking will be confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued. A binding contract will be formed at this point.
3.2 All payments made are non-refundable. This includes deposits and full payments made via our booking system or at the venue.
3.3 Bookings must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance to be eligible for cancellation credit. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will be eligible for store credit only, redeemable within 30 days of the original booking date.
3.4 Bookings made on the same day do not qualify for cancellation credit and will result in a total loss of deposit if changed or cancelled.
3.5 No-shows, including failure to arrive on time or failure to attend, will be charged at full value. No refunds or credit will be given for no-shows.
3.6 If you arrive late (after your scheduled start time), we reserve the right to reduce your experience time accordingly or refuse entry entirely, at our sole discretion. No refunds or credits will be offered in such circumstances.
3.7 Prices are inclusive of VAT and are displayed clearly on our website or booking confirmation page at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to change but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
4.1 Customers may cancel or request to amend their booking by contacting AGL Airsoft Ltd via email or telephone, using the contact details provided in their booking confirmation.
4.2 Requests to cancel or reschedule a booking must be made no less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for store credit. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice will not be eligible for refund or credit.
4.3 Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. It is offered strictly at the discretion of AGL Airsoft Ltd. Store credit is valid for one use and will expire 30 days from the original booking date.

5. OUR RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY YOUR BOOKING
5.1 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any Experience due to safety concerns, technical issues, staff availability, adverse weather, or any other reason beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or store credit.
5.2 If we make a significant change to the Experience (including but not limited to venue closure, technical malfunction or event cancellation), we will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. You may choose to reschedule or receive store credit. Refunds may be offered in exceptional cases.
5.3 We reserve the right to cancel your booking without refund or credit in the following circumstances:
* You or any participant fails to comply with our safety briefings or behaviour guidelines;
* Any participant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs;
* You or any participant behaves in a manner deemed abusive, threatening, disruptive or dangerous;
* You fail to arrive within the required time window before your booking;
* You or your group breaches the age or supervision policies (see Clause 6).

6. AGE RESTRICTIONS AND SUPERVISION
6.1 Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or over, who assumes full responsibility for the minor. Participants may be asked to present valid photo identification to verify age.
6.2 AGL Airsoft reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel bookings for participants who fail to meet the minimum age requirements. In such cases, no refunds or store credits will be issued.

7. HEALTH, SAFETY AND LIABILITY
7.1 Participation in airsoft and related activities carries inherent risks. All participants must adhere strictly to safety briefings and instructions issued by AGL Airsoft staff before and during the Experience.
7.2 If you or any member of your group has a medical condition or disability that may affect your ability to participate safely, you must inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in refusal of participation, without refund.
7.3 AGL Airsoft Ltd reserves the right to refuse participation to any person suspected to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No alcohol is permitted during or before the Experience.
7.4 We accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury sustained during the Experience, except where caused by our proven negligence. Our maximum liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total price paid for your booking.
7.5 Personal belongings are brought to the venue at your own risk. AGL Airsoft Ltd is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.

8. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO
8.1 By attending the venue, you consent to being photographed or filmed by AGL Airsoft Ltd for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to social media, print, and digital advertising.
8.2 If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify a member of staff upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee complete exclusion from media captured in public areas.

9. GIFT VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
9.1 Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
9.2 Promotional discounts are valid only for specific dates and experiences and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
9.3 Any misuse of discount codes or failure to provide proof of eligibility (e.g. valid student ID) may result in cancellation or full charge of the booking value.

10. DATA PROTECTION
10.1 All personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.aglairsoft.co.uk/privacy-policy. We will use your data to manage your booking, respond to enquiries, and for marketing purposes where consent has been provided.

11. GOVERNING LAW
11.1 These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 You may bring proceedings in respect of any dispute arising under these Terms in the English courts. If you reside in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may alternatively bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions.

12. FINAL TERMS
12.1 AGL Airsoft Ltd reserves the right to transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer.
12.2 If any provision within these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
12.3 No delay or failure by AGL Airsoft Ltd to exercise any of its rights under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of those rights.
