How many AGL locations are there?
Two: Camden and Aldgate. Camden is the focused shooting-range venue; Aldgate is the larger multi-experience venue.
What is the difference between Camden and Aldgate?
Camden centres on two shooting lanes, multiple game modes and a broad airsoft replica selection. Aldgate adds multiple lanes, CQB, simulator experiences and on-site food and drink.
What are Camden's opening hours?
Monday–Thursday 12pm–9pm, Friday–Saturday 11am–10:30pm, Sunday 11am–9pm.

Should I book in advance?
Yes. Advance booking is recommended, particularly for weekends and group sessions. Use the Camden ROLLER booking portal for live availability.
Do you offer private or group sessions?
Yes. Camden has whole-range Private Hire for two and dedicated group packages for 3–12 players.
Is safety equipment and instruction provided?
AGL requires safety instructions to be followed and eye protection to remain on during gameplay. See the dedicated Safety page for the current venue rules.
What is the age and supervision policy?
The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult who remains at the venue for the entire session. The adult does not need to participate.
Is this suitable for a first-time player?
Yes. Staff brief participants, explain the games and equipment, and supervise the session. First-time visitors should follow the instructor’s safety guidance throughout.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes, walk-ins are accepted at both venues. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred session, especially at weekends and for groups.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session for check-in and the safety briefing. Late arrival may reduce your playing time.
Can I bring my own airsoft gun?
Yes. You may bring your own airsoft gun provided it shoots below 330 FPS. All equipment remains subject to venue staff safety checks and instructions.
Are equipment and BBs provided?
Package inclusions vary, but AGL’s published experiences include rental replicas, BBs and required eye protection where stated. Check your selected package before booking.
Can spectators come?
Yes, spectators are welcome at both Aldgate and Camden. Under-18 participants must still have a parent or responsible adult remain at the venue throughout their session.
What if I have accessibility or medical requirements?
Camden is not wheelchair accessible. Contact the venue before booking if you have mobility, accessibility or medical requirements so the team can advise.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payments are non-refundable. Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start may be eligible for store credit, valid for 30 days from the original booking date. Less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
How long are sessions?
Session duration depends on the package. Check the package page for the stated approximate duration, rounds and game modes before booking.
How do Camden group deposits work?
Group bookings can be made online. Groups of 15 or more require a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% payable on arrival. For corporate bookings, please contact Camden directly.
