How many locations are there?
AGL has two London locations: Camden and Aldgate.
What does Aldgate offer?
Aldgate is the larger facility, with multiple shooting lanes, a dedicated CQB arena, virtual airsoft experiences, and a bar and restaurant area.
What are the opening hours?
Aldgate is open Monday to Thursday from 12pm to 9pm, Friday to Saturday from 12pm to 11pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 9pm.
Should I book in advance?
Advance booking is recommended, especially at weekends and for larger groups.
What safety measures are in place?
AGL provides mandatory safety gear, enforces strict rules and has trained staff on site.
Where is the nearest parking?
The official FAQ identifies NCP London Whitechapel High Street, around a five-minute walk from the venue.
Are birthday and corporate packages available?
Yes. AGL offers event packages for birthdays, corporate events and other groups.
What is the age and supervision policy?
The minimum age is 8. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult who remains at the venue for the entire session. The adult does not need to participate.
Is this suitable for a first-time player?
Yes. Staff brief participants, explain the games and equipment, and supervise the session. First-time visitors should follow the instructor’s safety guidance throughout.
Can I walk in without booking?
Yes, walk-ins are accepted at both venues. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred session, especially at weekends and for groups.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked session for check-in and the safety briefing. Late arrival may reduce your playing time.
Can I bring my own airsoft gun?
Yes. You may bring your own airsoft gun provided it shoots below 330 FPS. All equipment remains subject to venue staff safety checks and instructions.
Are equipment and BBs provided?
Package inclusions vary, but AGL’s published experiences include rental replicas, BBs and required eye protection where stated. Check your selected package before booking.
Can spectators come?
Yes, spectators are welcome at both Aldgate and Camden. Under-18 participants must still have a parent or responsible adult remain at the venue throughout their session.
What if I have accessibility or medical requirements?
Aldgate is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific access or medical requirements, contact the venue before booking so staff can advise on suitable arrangements.
What is the cancellation policy?
Payments are non-refundable. Requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start may be eligible for store credit, valid for 30 days from the original booking date. Less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows are not eligible for refund or credit.
How long are sessions?
Session duration depends on the package. Check the package page for the stated approximate duration, rounds and game modes before booking.
